Monitored Devices

With the base tier of services, Skyline can provide device fault monitoring for most network devices. Additional statistics on interfaces, CPU, memory, etc., can also be obtained on most SNMP capable devices. This allows Skyline and clients to see a “real-time” analysis of exactly what is transpiring within their network.

Trend Analysis

Trend analysis allows Skyline to provide valuable input with respect to network and server performance; thereby providing an accurate baseline for future growth and predictive modeling. Trend analysis also provides companies with the maximum ROI possible, for their network investment.

Logging Retention & Analysis

Centralized remote storage of all network and server related SYSLOG information. This allows Skyline operations personnel to see critical and warning-related information, occurring in near real-time. Additionally, our support personnel can view trends from within the network, which can be used to assist in pin-pointing problem areas, resulting in a pro-active response to achieve optimum network performance.

Configuration Storage & Management

SkyView Interactive Monitoring System (SIMS) is an innovative system that allows us to monitor your network devices for changes within your Cisco Systems device configurations, log the change, archive the previous configuration and notify necessary personnel of changes found. This service can be extremely useful in guarding against system failures and meeting change policy requirements.

Network Management Support

With our managed services offering, each client receives a monthly allotment of four hours support for non-critical moves, adds, and changes. Most modification requests will be implemented by the next business day. If needed, additional hours can be contracted.

Problem Resolution Support

As a standard feature within our managed services offering, Skyline offers problem resolution support with a rapid response escalation process. Skyline’s operations personnel are well trained and certified to handle most network issues. In the event that they need assistance, they have the ability to escalate to Senior-level Systems Engineers, through emergency (Priority-1) service requests, to address mission critical outages, as well as non-mission critical issues.

Help Desk/Network Operations

Our Network Management and Monitoring Services Group offers comprehensive help desk and network operations services and is positioned to help our clients and business partners from inception through completion with their support requirements. Specializing in advanced technologies, our staff includes several CCIEs who can provide support to meet almost any need.

Reporting and Analysis

Skyline offers in-depth analysis of information compiled from equipment statistics, SYSLOG, bandwidth monitoring, etc., enabling us to provide accurate and definitive answers to issues your network is facing. Skyline will also use this information to pro-actively provide recommendations for network enhancements.
