Skyline Policies

Payment Policy for Training

Company payment, approved company purchase order, or prepaid government training form is required prior to registration. Individuals and corporations my also pre-pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, and U.S. Government IMPAC. Prepayment is required on all courses and packages.

For non-U.S. individuals and corporations, payment at the time of registration is also required. For non-U.S. credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. In addition to credit card payment, wire transfers from individuals and corporations are also acceptable.

Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Classroom Learning and Virtual Classroom e-Learning programs are available only to employer-sponsored trainees.

Skyline reserves the right to refuse credit or services to anyone at our discretion. If you have questions regarding our credit policy please contact us at 408-370-1200.

Free Training Re-Takes

Once a student has purchased and attended a class, that student may re-take the same class for free provided the following is true:

  1. The version of the class that the student originally attended is the same
  2. The student brings his original course kit
  3. Student must be the same student who attended original class. (No replacement students allowed)

Credit and Payment

New users will be allowed to place Credit Card orders as soon as they are registered on our site. If you desire to pay via an alternate method you need to contact our credit department or 800-375-9546. Skyline reserves the right to refuse credit or services to anyone at our discretion. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with full refund will be allowed up to 10 working days prior to the start date of the course. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax at 888-596-7378 or email. Any cancellations received within those 10 working days will be refunded less a 50% non-recoverable charge. Registrants who do not attend the course and fail to notify Skyline Advanced Technology Services prior to the course start date are responsible for the full registration fee.

You may transfer to a new class provided the tuition has been paid in full, and you notify Skyline Advanced Technology Services 10 working days prior to the start date of the course. Transfers must be submitted in writing via fax at 888-596-7378 or email. If you would like to transfer within the 10 day window, Skyline will charge a 25% transfer fee. (25% of total class)

Return Policy

Being a Reseller, Skyline will generally follow the same policy as the manufacturer with regard to returns/RMA's. Written notification is required to return any product purchased. Please notify us via fax 888-596-7378, or e-mail. We expect to a certain extent, that the purchaser is responsible for any hardware or services they purchase via our site, but we recognize the potential for errors. As part of our procedure we review all orders and provide feedback and confirmation via e-mail or by phone if necessary.

Product Order Cancellation Policy

Product orders may be canceled at any time prior to the ship date of the order with written notification via fax 888-596-7378, or email. If an order is canceled after the ship date, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from the delivery address.

Damaged Equipment Policy

Written notification of equipment damaged in transit must be received by Skyline within 7 days of the delivery date.
